I believe any complicated software can be developed by single person, take the work of Linus Torvalds who created the Linux kernel, or Guido van Rossum the creator of Python Programming Language, they have one thing in common, they both needed to breakout of the common way of programming and wanted to make something different, something better, something which speaks to them.  This approach, although hard to tackle, when done perfectly it will disrupt the common way and creates a new trend.

Here at Etiobrand I have the same approach, I design and develop office automation systems from the ground up.  
No two systems are the same and no two companies operate the same way.  Therefore the most common way of using open source software and molding it to fit a company, may work fine but it will never be the optimal solution for a company.  Thats why we see companies change their automation system entirely at least once after being operational.  This creates unnecessary cost on the company and employees will also be required to take onboarding training, which adds workload on employees for at least a week to be productive on the new system, 

After graduating on 2014, I took several Adobe related classes, which gave me an insight on how to choose colors, fonts and how to layout different graphical assets together.  Having Graphics Design on my arsenal gave me a grater software design awareness on the side of a user, basically how to have different perspective on the same issue.
Currently I am well experienced graphics designer who can design a whole brand graphical assets.
